In the unlikely event that your Uccello Grip Mat is broken or faulty, you can return it by contacting our Customer Care Team. Once the issue is determined, we will let you know if you should discard your mat or post it back to us for investigation.
Uccello Designs do not cover the cost of returning the Gip Mat.
Our customer care team will then send out the replacement part or a new Uccello Grip Mat (depending on the problem) that same day.
